How many blades does a razor need

I've got a Wilkinson Sword razor, it's got one blade, I've had it for years, it works perfectly.

But the marketing gurus at WS don't think that's good enough so we had the Double, then a trio...........now it's 4 blades in a quattro!!!! What on earth for?

And when will it stop, 5 blades, 6....10.

A razor with 75 blades in it that needs to be lifted by a pully system attached to the bathroom ceiling....one slip and your head ends up like a sliced loaf on the bathroom floor.

Ridiculous!!!!!!!!
